The remote control for my beIN STREAM box is not working. What should I do?

i. Make sure beIN STREAM device is switched off.
ii. Put the remote control in pairing mode.
iii. Power beIN STREAM device back on whilst the remote control is in pairing mode (green light blinking).
iv. You will know the remote control is paired when the green light stops blinking.
