FAQ – beIN CONNECT

beIN CONNECT gives you the opportunity to enjoy your favorite sports and entertainment any time and any place from your computer, laptop, smartphone and tablet (iOS and Android) within the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region: Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine (including the Gaza Strip and the West Bank), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

Sign in to your account, go to My account and then to My personal details.

1. Visit voucher redemption page
2. ِِEnter the code
3. Create and verify your CONNECT Account

beIN CONNECT supports Chromecast and Apple TV AirPlay casting.

Chromecast (for iOS and Android)
When the video is playing on your device, click on the icon as shown on the below screenshot and select your Chromecast device. Please make sure your device and Chromecast are connected to the same network. Please note for iOS, the app needs access to “Local Network”. Local network access for beIN CONNECT can be enabled in the iOS setting.

Apple TV /AirPlay (for iOS only)
When the video is playing on your device, click on the icon as shown on the below screenshot and select your Apple TV device. Please make sure your device and Apple TV are connected to the same network.

Once you load the watch live page , the browser will automatically download beIN player.

For some browsers (Chrome/Firefox), the download might be blocked and an icon will appear in the browser . Please click on the icon, and click “Always allow pop-ups from the website “ then refresh the page to complete the download.

1. Click on the downloaded file.
2. The installation will start automatically. The player requires Administrator Access in your computer to have the privilege to start the installation.
3. Once completed, a success message will be shown to confirm successful installation.
4. Refresh the page and the player will play automatically.

beIN CONNECT is compatible with:

Our channels are streamed in full HD. The quality of the stream largely depends on the connection speed you receive from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and on the device you are using. We provide the stream at various speeds (bit rates) which will be picked up from your broadband speed along with the processor speed of your computer.
